No sensitive data (bank cards, banking details) is stored on our servers. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal per their privacy policies.

5.1 — Software Licenses

  • Email and domain: License lifetime + 30 days
  • Invoices and payment: 6 years (legal obligation)
  • Access logs (IP): 90 days (server audit)
  • Support data: 2 years after last interaction

5.2 — Service Offerings

  • Project data: Service duration + 1 year (for archival)
  • Contracts and quotes: 6 years (legal obligation)
  • Invoices: 6 years (legal obligation)
  • Communications: 2 years after service end (support, fixes)
  • Hosted data: Per specific contract agreement

6. Data Sharing

Your data is shared only to execute services:

  • Stripe and PayPal — Payment and billing
  • Hosting provider (O2switch) — Infrastructure, backups, storage

For services: Project data is shared only with third parties explicitly mentioned in the contract.
